Donor Spotlight

Operation USA, a global relief agency based in Los Angeles, California, became a Kingsway donor for International Medical Missions in early 2009.

Our relationship with Operation USA involves the sharing of medicines to optimize health aid to specific sites.

donorspotlight-img1.png“Both of our organizations are on the lookout for pharmaceuticals. Sometimes one or both of us get more than we can use of certain medicines,” said Neil Frame, Operations USA vice president of procurement and logistics. “For instance, we look to Kingsway Charities to obtain a topical cream that is much needed in Haiti. By swapping out, we have a way to diversify products at a single location.”

Donating more than $7 million worth of medicines to Kingsway in 2009, Operation USA views Kingsway Charities as extremely reliable.

“They (Kingsway) have a good reputation,” noted Frame. “Another plus is that they hold a pharmacy license in their state, which is extremely important and hard to find.”

Without donors, such as Operation USA, Kingsway Charities could not function. We are extremely grateful to each one. Your generosity is vital to the success of our efforts to bring healing and compassion to people around the globe.
