Our Mission
Kingsway Charities operates an international medical missions program focused on addressing neglected tropical diseases and health disparities in developing nations. We warehouse medications and medical supplies from pharmaceutical donors, then distribute them to qualified medical teams serving impoverished populations worldwide.
Since 1994, we have supplied medications and materials to over 11,000 mission teams across 145 countries. Since 1995, we have received and distributed pharmaceuticals valued at more than $4 billion globally.
The Need
Behind every shipment we send is a simple reality: for a large share of the world, basic medicine is out of reach.
The World Health Organization estimates that about half the world's population still lacks full access to essential health services. The gap is widest in the places our mission teams go, where poverty and thin health infrastructure turn treatable conditions into lifelong burdens.
More than one billion people are affected by neglected tropical diseases, illnesses that persist almost entirely because of where a person is born. Among them, soil-transmitted intestinal parasites alone infect roughly 1.5 billion people, nearly a quarter of humanity, robbing children of nutrition, growth, and time in school. Malaria still takes close to 600,000 lives every year, most of them children under five in sub-Saharan Africa. These are conditions medicine already knows how to prevent and treat; what is missing is the medicine itself, in the right hands, in the right place.

Statement of Faith
Kingsway Charities is a Christian ministry. Everything we do — every medicine warehoused, every shipment sent, every mission team served — flows from these convictions, held in common with the historic creeds of the Christian church, including the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed.
- The Scriptures. We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired Word of God, without error in its original writings, and the final authority for faith and life.
- The Triune God. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the Creator and Sustainer of all things.
- Jesus Christ. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ: His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His atoning death on the cross for our sins, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
- Salvation. We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. All who receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit and become children of God.
- The Holy Spirit. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, whose indwelling enables the Christian to live a godly life and empowers the church for witness and service.
- The Resurrection. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved to everlasting life with God, and the lost to everlasting separation from Him.
- The Church. We believe in the spiritual unity of all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, His body on earth, called to worship God and to carry the Gospel to every nation.
- Christian Service. We believe that caring for the sick and the poor is a command of Christ and a witness to His love. Our work of providing medicines to those in need is done in His name, so that people everywhere may know and come to Him.
